      分别从理论上和实验上对移动桥式三坐标测量机Z轴运动的动态误差进行了分析,对Z轴进行了力的分析。用激光干涉仪对Z轴运动时的主要动态误差进行了测量,指出了此时影响动态误差的因素。提出了改进移动桥式三坐标测量机设计的措施,为移动桥式三坐标测量机实现高速测量状态下的高精度提供了依据。
英文摘要:
A dynamic error analysis of the Z axis of a bridge-type 3-D coordinate measuring machine is made theoretically and experimentally. A kinetic analysis of the Z axis is made. The main dynamic errors of the Z axis are measured with a laser interferometer and the factors affecting measuring machine is given and with this we can realize the high accuracy of a bridge type 3-D coordinate measuring machine for fast probing.
