| This paper describes a relative spectrum responsibility testing system of infrared focal plane array developed by the 41st research institute of electronic.This system uses single optical channels substitude measurement methods,it is flexible and expandable with pattern generator,bias source,clock driver and data acquisition cards that were developed by ourself ,it can satisfy the needs for measuring various devices. |
