一种基于数字细分技术的万工显技改方法

      讨论了万工显测量系统的基本原理,提出了一种用数字细分技术(A/D转换技术)实现栅距脉冲软件细分的方法。以8位数字量按八区间划分为例,给出了小数值的计算公式并分析了细分误差。实验表明,该方法具有较大的工程实用价值。
英文摘要:
The working principle of universal tool microscope is discussed in this paper. A technique of division of scale pulse for optical prating transducer measuring system and a method of division of scale pulse between grating space by A/D are put forward. The calculating expressions of the scale pulse equivalent and the error analysis are given by mean of 8 bits A/D converter and 8 intervals in grating space.The experiments indicate that this method of division of scale pulse is valuable to practical use.
