| 军事计量在现代战争和未来战争中的作用越来越重要,特别是以信息化为基础的联军、联合作战已经成为当今现代战争的表现形态,军事计量是军队战斗力的重要保证.本文结合军事计量在近期战争中的作用,通过分析信息化战争对计量的需求,提出了我军在建立面向以信息作战为主要特征的现代战争中军事计量的发展与对策. |

| Military metrology is playing a more important role in both the modern wars and the future ones; in particular, information-based joint alliance and cooperation in battles appear to be the representative model of the current wars ; therefore, military metrology has become one of the criteria to judge the battle effectiveness. This paper, while making an analysis on the demands for military metrology on the basis of its function in recent battles, illustrates the relations we face in establishing an information-oriented military metrology. |
