      温度是影响加速度计标度因数的最主要因素,标度因数的温度系数是评价标度因数随温度变化的程度.本文根据悬丝支撑的摆式加速度计工作原理,分析了温度变化对标度因数的影响,同时给出了标度因数温度系数的补偿原理和方法,并通过试验进行了验证.

Temperature is the main factor to influence the scale factor of the accelerometer. The temperature coefficient of scale factor describes the extent of change of the scale factor when temperature changes. Based on the working principle of the pendulous accelerometer, this article firstly analyzes how the change of temperature influences the scale factor, and then, we set forth the compensation theory and method of the temperature coefficient of the scale factor. Finally, we validated it by the way of experimentation.
