分析了高温热电偶校准炉与钨管炉测试原理及其结构,着重对分度方法进行研究,通过B偶、PtRh40-PtRh20、Ir40Rh-Ir、钨铼等高温热电偶在高温区分度实验,列举分析了该系统通过实验得出的在1500~2300 ℃温度范围内的各项修正值数据。实验结果表明,高温热电偶校准炉重复性好,可用于1500~2300℃氧化和还原气氛下各种高温热电偶的校准。 |

This paper analyzes the similarities and differences of testing principles and structures between a calibration furnace of high temperature thermocouples and a tungsten tube furnace, focusing on researching the indexing method. Through the indexing experiments by B, PtRh40-PtRh20, Ir40Rh-Ir, and tungsten rhenium thermocouples and other high-temperature thermocouples in high temperature distinction, the correction value data of the system derived experimentally are listed and analyzed within the temperature range of 1500~2300 ℃ . The experimental results prove good reproducibility of the high temperature thermocouple calibration furnace. It can be used to calibrate all kinds of high temperature thermocouples within the temperature range of 1500~2300 ℃ in oxidizing and reducing atmosphere. |
