含纵向裂纹斜接弯管在内压作用下极限载荷的研究

      应用三维有限元方法分析在内压作用下含纵向裂纹斜接弯管的极限载荷。采用数值模拟的方法,研究含裂纹结构的极限承载能力。创建了斜接弯管及纵向裂纹的有限元模型,对内压作用下影响这种含缺陷结构极限载荷的因素进行了研究,分析了弯管形状参数、裂纹形状参数对结构极限载荷的影响。经总结含纵向裂纹斜接弯管的极限载荷随形状参数的变化规律,可知:各形状参数存在临界值,超过该值结构的极限载荷会显著下降。
英文摘要:
The 3D finite element analysis is used to calculate and analyze the limit load of mitred bend with the longitudinal crack under internal pressure. A finite element model of mitred bend with the longitudinal crack is created, and the influence factors of the limit load under internal pressure are studied. The influence of several dimensionless parameters such as the relative thickness, the relative shapefactor, the relative depth is analyzed. The variation law of the limit load of the longitudinal cracked mitred bend with the shape parameters is summarized. It is found that there is the critical value for each shape parameter. When the parameter exceeds the critical value,the limit load of the structure will decrease significantly.
