某型固体火箭发动机试车台推力测量分析及优化设计

      根据发动机试车台轴向推力测量和推力偏心测量要求,对试车台的台架结构进行了设计与分析。通过增加台架的动态特性,减小台架结构对测量准确度的影响;采取增加动架的轴向刚度和减小横向刚度设计,提高动架的固有频率,消除发动机启动时动架的振动影响等,满足了某型小推力火箭发动机测试要求。
英文摘要:
This paper analyses the keytechnical parameters of the rocket engine, determines the test functions and technical indexes of the test bench. The design increases the dynamic characteristics of the bench to reduce the influence of the bench structure on measurement accuracy, increases the axial stiffness and reduces the lateral stiffnessof the movableframe to raise the natural frequency of the frame, eliminates the vibration effect of engine starting to the frame, realizes the design and development of the rocket engine test bench.
