大型试验设备全寿命计量性设计研究

中文摘要:
      从大型试验活动中试验设备的特点入手,分析试验设备性能量值的溯源状况,分析了针对试验设备开展计量性设计研究的必要性并提出了开展计量性设计的基本方法,希望能有助于装备大型试验设备相关的管理者、设计者、试验者、使用者和维修者将计量性理念融入到自身工作当中,实现用计量的手段将大型试验设备参量尤其是系统级的输出参量全部溯源到被批准的国家计量标准上,最终实现对试验系统技术状态的有效掌控。
英文摘要:
Throughthe specific circumstances of large experimental equipment to carry out in-depth study of measurability, making large experimental facilities and equipment related to the relevant managers, designers, testers, users and maintenance personnel canintegrate measurability idea into their own work. By means of measurement, the parameters of the large experimental equipment, especially the output parameters of the system level can be traced back to the approved national measurement standards, and ultimately to achieve effective control of the technical state of the system.
