      表面传声器作为风速环境噪声测量工具,在航天、车辆领域应用广泛,由于其为扁平型结构,且前端无腔体,无法用常规手段进行多频率点的校准。本文研究一种表面传声器校准技术,采用扁平型非对称短耦合腔、大直径扁平表面传声器安装压盖等思路,经仿真分析与试验验证,可以有效地对表面传声器进行多频率点校准。

As a measurement tool of wind speed environmental noise, surface microphone is widely used in aerospace and vehicle fields. It is a flat structure and has no cavity in the front end, so it can only be calibrated by conventional means. In this paper, a kind of surface microphone calibration technology is studied. The methods of a flat asymmetric short coupling cavity and a large diameter flat surface microphone mounting gland are adopted. Through simulation analysis and test verification, the surface microphone can be calibrated effectively.
