      恶劣电磁环境中,CAN总线“载波侦听采样点”的位置设定不规范有可能对网络数据传输可靠性产生影响。为测量采样点的准确位置,研究了一种利用错误注入手段测量采样点位置的方法,该方法以CAN总线协议中的错误检测机制及原理为基础,以航空、汽车等领域行业规范中采样点位的建议范围及建议值为依据,分析了测试区域选取原则、研制了专用测试装置,同时对该装置进行了验证试验。借助该装置对某型CAN总线设备进行采样点位测试,并对特征负载条件下的测试结果进行分析。该方法实现了CAN总线载波侦听采样点位的高精度测量,为提高CAN总线组网可靠性提供计量保障,同时为降低网络中采样点位容差提供数据基础。

If the location of CAN bus “carrier listening sampling point” is not set properly, it may affect the reliability of network data transmission in harsh electromagnetic environment. To measure the exact location of the sampling point, an error injection method is studied. This method is based on the error detection mechanism and the principles of CAN bus protocol, and the recommended range and value of sampling points in aviation and automobile industry standards. With this method, the principles of selecting test area is analyzed, a special test device has been developed and a verification test has been carried out. The device is used to test the sampling points of a certain type of CAN bus equipment, and the test results are analyzed under characteristic load conditions. This method realizes the high precision measurement of the location of CAN bus carrier listening sampling point, provides measurement support for improving the reliability of CAN bus network, and provides data base for reducing the tolerance of sampling points in the network.
