A practical method of calculating and evaluating flatness, Par-alellism and perpendicularity errors for laIge workpicees is proposed in thispaper. The method is suitable to various irregular and uncontinuous surfacesunder test. The least square method and minimum zono coildition method arecmployed in the evaluation process. As a result, search speed is quick andthe accuracy of evaluation result is high. |
