| 通过对180多项“建立计量标准技术报告（下称“建标报告”）的回顾，归纳出计量标准装置（器）的误差来源、总不确定度的验证与重复性考核、受检．点与给出值等问题，并进行简要分析，指出了正确撰写“建标报告”的建议。 |

| By the review in more than 180 technical reports of buildingmetrological standard, the error resource of measuring standard instrument,the conformation of uncertainty of measurement, reliability checking and givencalibration values are summarized. The brief analysis correctly indicates thesuggestions of the reports. |
