| Ultrasonic technique offers the possibility of industrial measurement in many fields. Theultrasonic measuring techniques are limited in their ability to detect the interest information. With theprogress of electronic technique,some advantages of ultrasonic are shown. The aim of this paper is toreview some of the more significant developments,including precise measurement of ultrasound speed,measurement of stress in material,sensors in the chemical and process industries and ultrasonic spectralanalysis. |
