      介绍了一种可进行动态微位移测量的激光微位移测量系统。该系统以多普勒效应为理论基础,以He-Ne激光器为光源,配置了判向变频系统、CCD视频信号的高速动态采集系统、微机处理系统及干涉图像处理软件包等,较传统测量方法其精度、误差、灵敏度及稳定度都有较大提高,并实现了微位移的全自动测量。
英文摘要:
A laser micro displacement measuring system for measuring dynamic micro displacement is introduced.This system is based on Doppler effect and the He Ne laser is taken as its light source.The system deploies the frequency conversion for telling direction,high speed dynamic acquisition system for CCD vedio signal,micro computer processing system and interference image handling software etc.Comparing with the traditional measuring method,its accuracy,sensitivity and stability are more raised and its error is more decreased.The full automatic measurement of micro displacement is realized.
