      简单分析了InSb磁敏电阻的工作原理,讨论了利用偏置磁场作用于半桥磁敏电阻构成转动速度及位移传感器的测试原理;针对半导体材料对温度十分敏感的特点,提出了利用浮动零点跟踪技术测试齿轮转速的方法,并对其优缺点进行了讨论。
英文摘要:
The operating principles of the INSb magnetic resistor are analyzed. The semi-bridge magnetic resistor can be used to measure the rotating velocity and displacement by biasing magnetic field acted on it. As the semi-conductor is sensitive to the temperature, a method to use the shifting zero-point to test the rotating velocity of the gear made from magnetic material is presented. And its features are also discussed.
