Piezoelectric actuators are used widely in the field of precise positioning.But their hysteresis,creep and nonlinear characteristics make them difficult to be controlled.This article introduces the measurement principle of micro-displacement of piezoelectric ceramic based on strain gages signal used as feedback signal,and furthermore variable parameters PID control which has a upper limit and lower limit is introduced to make the precision and stability improved. |
