In this paper,a novel measurement technology for ultra-low frequency vibration using orthngonal homodyne laser intederometer is introduced.By which the displacement of the measured target installed on the vibration platform.The system can calculate the real-time velocity and acceleration accurately,and the target displacement during test can reach one meter.The experiment results demonstrate that the proposed method can realize the real-time absolute calibration for the transducer undergoing the effects of ...
