采用统计方法计算标准不确定度一般需要一定数量的测量数据且知道其统计分布规律,这在实际中很难做到。本文利用灰色系统理论给出求解标准差的新方法,以此来评定测量不确定度,对数据量和分布规律无特殊要求,在实际应用中取得较好效果。 |

Adopting the statistic method to calibrate the standard uncertainty,a great number of measured data are needed,and their dis- tribution rule must be known.But it is difficult to be done in practice.Using the grey system theory,a new method of solving the standand devia- tion is proposed in this paper.On this account,evaluating the uncertainty,the account of data and the rule of the distribution will be without spe- cial requirement.The better effect has been obtained during practical application. |
