This article focuses on measuring the project design stage to estimate the uncertainty of flatness error by the least-squares fitting and how to determine a reasonable method of sampling points.When the single point coordinate uncertainty is known,adopting the ideal point coordinate estimating method,the volatile multiplier factor is calculated then the quantity of sampling point of the measurand element and the least-square flatness error uncertainty of measurement are obtained. |
