Accordng to the method and principle of JJF1059-1999 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty of Measurement,the uncertainty of sorbic acid in beverage and factors that effect the uncertainty are analysed;and the relative expanded uncertainty of measurement of sobic acid in beverage is calculated,the result is 2%. |
