In this paper,we introduce the design of a special calibration equipment for the taper and taper threads.Combining the results of error analysis with the finite element method(FEM) analysis of the main deformed components,the upright column and the bracket for the core clamper,are optimized to meet system's rigidity.The error of the whole system is analyzed and calculated so that the design will meet the requirements. |
