| 在冲压零件的生产过程中,材料费用是必须要考虑的问题,因而提高材料利用率和生产效率对降低生产成本具有重要意义，传统的冲裁工艺是通过冲裁模事先在冲裁件上比对，记录好位置，然后依次冲裁，材料利用率和生产效率都较为低下。本文将开创性的将冲裁工艺与机器视觉相结合，通过拍摄下冲裁件图片，进行图像处理，分析出可冲裁区域，并精确排样。从而大大的提高了材料利用率和生产效率。 |

| In the production of stamping parts, material cost is a problem that must be considered, so it has important significance in Improving utilization of materials and production efficiency for reducing manufacturing cost. Traditional blanking process record a good location by using mould to compare with materials and then punch materials in accord to these datas. It has low efficiency in mass process. This article will connect punching with machine vision for the first time. Analyzing the blanking area in materials by image processing and stocking layout precisely. Thus ;the utilization of materials and production efficiency is more improved. |
