加速度计标度因数的测量不确定度研究

      为解决生产过程中加速度计标度因数重复测试结果总有10-5 mA/g量级误差问题,对加速度计进行重力场静态翻滚四点法试验,利用加速度计测试系统的原理,对标度因数进行测试和计算,通过研究标度因数的测量不确定度,找到了影响加速度计标度因数的测量误差来源。
英文摘要:
In order to solve the problem that the repetitive test results of the accelerometer scale factor have a 10-5mA/g error in the production process, the accelerometer’s static rolling four-point test in the gravity field is performed. Using the principle of accelerometer test system, the accelerometer scale factor is tested and calculated, and the measurement uncertainty of scale factor is studied. The measurement error source that affects the accelerometer scale factor is found.
