齿轮整体误差测量技术是20世纪70年代初我国机械领域自主研发的国际领先技术之一,曾得到大力推广和应用,为我国齿轮行业的技术进步做出了巨大贡献,但近20年来其发展和应用进入瓶颈期。随着目前新技术条件的出现,齿轮整体误差测量技术的一些传统难题采用全新的解决方案得以解决,而其测量效率高、信息全的固有优势则更加突出。齿轮整体误差测量技术有望迎来新的快速发展期。本文综述了齿轮整体误差测量技术的发展历程和研究现状,分析了整体误差基础理论方面存在的难点和核心问题,指出可行的解决途径、突破方向和未来的研究趋势,为齿轮整体误差测量技术及理论未来的发展提供参考和依据。 |

Gear integrated error technology was one of the worldwide leading technologies developed in China in the early 1970s and had been widely promoted and applied, which had made great contribution to the progress of China gear industry. However, the development and application of gear integrated error technology have entered a bottleneck period over the past 20 years. With the emergence of new technical conditions, some traditional problems of gear integrated error technology can be solved by these innovative solutions, which make the inherent advantages of high measurement efficiency and rich information about gear integrated error technology more prominent. The gear integrated error technology is expected to enter in a new period of rapid development. The development history and research status of gear integrated error technology are summarized. The difficulties and key problems in the elementary theory of the gear integrated error technology are analyzed. The feasible solutions, breakthrough directions and future research trends of the problems above are given, which provide a certain amount of reference and basis for the technology and theory of gear integrated error in the upcoming development. |
