研究建立了基于ISO国际标准的碰撞式高精度低冲击加速度校准装置,在冲击加速度峰值20~10000 m/s2,冲击脉宽0.5~10 ms范围内实现产生半正弦波形的冲击加速度传感器的高精度校准。本文介绍了校准装置的构成和工作原理,通过与冲击加速度国家基准的比对,结果表明本装置可实现0.5%(k=2)的冲击加速度校准不确定度。本装置提升了我国冲击加速度校准装置的准确度,满足航空航天、交通运输、汽车工业等领域广泛存在的对冲击加速度计的高精度校准需求。 |

This article introduces a high precision and low impact acceleration standard device based on ISO international standard. The high precision calibration of the acceleration sensor with half sinusoidal waveform is realized in the range of the peak acceleration (20~10000) m/s2 and pulse width (0.5~10) ms. This paper introduces the structure and working principle of standard device. It can realize the uncertainty of 0.5% (k=2) impact acceleration measurement through comparison with the national benchmarks for impact acceleration in the National Institute of Metrology (NIM). The device improves the accuracy of the standard device of impact acceleration. It meets the need of high precision calibration of impact accelerometers in aerospace, transportation and automobile industry. |
