      目前光电高温计的长期稳定性参数通常需要通过人工测试得到,存在测试效率低、数据管理复杂等问题,为解决此问题,设计了一套光电高温计自动测试系统,该系统利用C#实现流程控制、数据采集与处理、波动度分析计算、历史数据回看等功能,且能够自动计算光电高温计测量固定点温坪时的波动度,并将测试数据存储为统一格式,便于数据管理和分析处理。该系统具有易操作、工作效率高的优点,可有效满足光电高温计性能测试与分析的需求,其波动度测量的扩展不确定度为0.015 ℃,在光电高温计环境适应性试验和优化设计中发挥了重要作用。

At present, the long-term stability parameter of the photoelectric pyrometer is usually tested manually, which has the problems of inefficient testing and complex data management. To solve this problem, designed a set of photoelectric pyrometer automatic test system. The system uses C# to realize the functions of process control, data acquisition and processing, fluctuation analysis and calculation, and historical data review. The test proves that the system has the function of automatic test, fluctuation automatically calculate, and store the test data in a unified format, which is convenient for data management, analysis and processing. The system has the advantages of simplifying the test process and improving work efficiency, also can effectively meet the needs of photoelectric pyrometer performance testing and analysis. The extended uncertainty of fluctuation is 0.015℃. It plays an important role in the environmental adaptability test and optimized design of photoelectric pyrometer.
