| 结合装备准确性和可靠性综合保障要求，深入剖析了传统标准规范中综合保障和计量保障的内涵和外延，探讨了以测试性要求为纽带，实现二者在装备保障标准规范体系中有机融合的方式，提出了建立兼顾准确性和可靠性综合保障标准体系的思路，可为建立包含准确性和可靠性要求的装备保障标准体系提供支撑。 |

| Based on the demands of accuracy and reliability integrated logistics support for materiel, the meanings of the materiel metrology support and integrated logistics support are deeply analyzed. With the testability demand as the link, the methods to integrate the two concepts in the standard specification system are discussed. The idea for constructing a new standard specification system giving consideration to both accuracy and reliability is put forward，which will help to establish the armament support standard system including the accuracy as well as the reliability requirements. |
