气夹液引压管路动态特性研究

      航空发动机中通过引压管路将高温压力引出测量,由于温度梯度的影响管路中的介质会形成气液混合状态,采用传统的管路模型进行研究时误差较大。本文通过分析管路传压的数学模型,选取相同长度,不同内径的管路,通过调节压力、气液比,在不同的状态下进行研究,得到管路动态特性与气液比之间的关系,并且得到了不同管径下气液混合后动态特性的差异化特点,为后续在复杂介质的管路动态特性研究中打下基础,在工程测试中提高动态压力测试的准确性及可靠性。

In aircraft engines, high temperature pressure is measured through a pressure pipeline. Due to the influence of temperature gradient, the medium in the pipeline will form a gas-liquid mixture state, and there is a large error when using traditional pipeline models for research. This article analyzes the mathematical model of pipeline pressure transmission, selects pipelines of the same length but different inner diameters, and conducts experiments under different states by adjusting pressure and gas-liquid ratio. The relationship between pipeline dynamic characteristics and gas-liquid ratio is obtained, and the differential characteristics of gas-liquid mixture dynamic characteristics under different pipe diameters are obtained. This lays the foundation for future research on pipeline dynamic characteristics of complex media and improves the accuracy and reliability of dynamic pressure testing in engineering testing.
