本文聚焦于大半径小圆弧类特征的精确测量方法。针对现有测量方法存在的效率低、精度不足以及数据稳定性差等问题,本文提出了一种新的测量方法。该方法通过测量连接圆弧的直角边间接求解圆弧半径值,避免了直接测量圆弧带来的误差。实验验证表明,该方法具有较好的稳定性同时测量圆弧半径更精确,可信度更高,测量效率得到提升。本文的研究对于推动高端制造领域的技术进步具有重要意义。 |

This article focuses on the precise measurement method of features such as large radius and small arc. This paper proposes a new measurement method to address the problems of low efficiency, insufficient accuracy, and poor data stability in existing measurement methods. This method indirectly solves the radius value of the arc by measuring the right angle edge connecting the arc, avoiding the error caused by directly measuring the arc. Experimental verification shows that this method has good stability, more accurate measurement of arc radius, higher reliability, and improved measurement efficiency. The research in this article is of great significance for promoting technological progress in the field of high-end manufacturing. |
